CSI Ondipudur church belong to the Coimbatore diocese, had shown its seed on April 10th 2005 with the first worship being held at Ranga Mahal in Trichy Road. About 30 families joined hands together headed by Late Rev. Franklin Rajadurai and Rev. Joshua Karamchand to start this church. It was started as a branch of varadharajapuram CSI church. Later several worships were conducted in a small rented building opposite Boys Hr.Sec School, Ondipudur.

On June 12th 2005 it was recognized under the pastorate head named Ondipudur, during the period of Bishop Rt. Rev. Manickamdurai. As the members had increased in number small church was built in a residential rented plot at Parson’s Road, Ondipudur. This is functioning progressively till date. Rev. D.Thngasamy and Rev. M.Paul led the congregation. Successfully from its launch till the year 2008. Rev. Paul Martin was appointed by the diocese to lead the church and was takencare by him. It was then that the church received its recognition as a separate pastorate of Ondipudur. In 2010 Rev. Christopher Rajendran was appointed and he led the church for a year. In the year 2011 steps were taken to purchase a land for the church and in the year 2012 an area of 9 cents was purchased and registered in Stanes Colony, Ondipudur.

Rev. Vincent, Rev. John Mark, Rev. Immanuel Jayakaran, Rev. J.Christopher were appointed consequtively and they all worked for the development of the church and its members. Now the church has grown into holding 180 families from 30 at its birth. Upto the period of Rev. Immanuel Jayakaran, the church was taken care by the pastorate committee appointed by the Coimbatore diocese. After this period the pastorate committee was elected by the members of the church and so it is till date. Now the congregation is under progress to build a new church in the purchased land. The reverend and pastorate committee members are working hard to achieve this, with the help, support and mighty prayers of the members of the church. We hope to achieve this soon with the blessing of the almighty.

Its my great delight to dedicate our church website on this December eve 2018. Greet you all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. He has led us through these years from its inception in 2005. I hope and pray that he will continue to go before us for the forth coming years. I wish you all a blessed and fruitful year ahead.I invite all the members of our church to constructively use this website for productive and fruitful purposes. I congratulate all the ardent members who devoted their time and talent to update and design a suitable domain for our church.

I dedicate this website in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ for the sacred and sincere use of our church members. I do believe that this website will provide us with opportunity to understand each other better to pray for each others needs and to strengthen our fellowship and unity in the forthcoming years.
